As part of the 2013 National Signing Day, Kansas Wesleyan Football announces the signings of 30 student-athletes to become a part of the Coyote Football team in 2013.

The list includes 26 high school seniors, two transfers and two players that are returning to KWU after previously playing for Wesleyan.

Kansas Wesleyan Football Coach Dave Dallas announces the hiring of Bob Saunders as the program's new offensive coordinator. Saunders replaces Chris Snyder, who led the Coyote offense for three seasons before leaving to take the head coaching position at Mendocino (Calif.) College.

Kansas Wesleyan placed four student-athletes on the 2012 Daktronics-NAIA Football Scholar Athlete list as released by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) on Tuesday afternoon. There were 259 student-athletes nationwide to earn the honor.

TOWSON, Md. – Kansas Wesleyan landed its first ever Capital One Academic All-Americans in football as Seth Myers and Matt Broeckelman were named to the Second Team as the Capital One Academic All-America College Division Football Team®, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) was released on Monday morning.

Wichita, Kan. – The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference and the Heart of America Athletic Conference have partnered to create the KCAC-HAAC Football Series.  The series will run, initially, for the 2013 and 2014 seasons.  For the upcoming season, all games will be played September 14 at KCAC home sites.

WICHITA – Kansas Wesleyan placed 17 individuals in 18 spots on the 2012 Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference All-KCAC football teams as selected by the coaches of the conference. The Coyotes had five First Team selections, three Second Team selections and ten Honorable Mention selections.
