STERLING, Kan. – Senior Taylor Sachs (SR/Georgetown, Texas) set a new Kansas Wesleyan record for receptions in a season with 75, but his efforts in Saturday's season finale against the Sterling Warriors were not enough as Sterling beat the Coyotes 62-35 at Smisor Stadium.

LEAVENWORTH – If the game only counted the second and fourth quarters, the Kansas Wesleyan Coyotes would have defeated the Saint Mary Spires 22-14. However, all four quarters count and Saint Mary outscored Wesleyan 35-0 in the first and third quarters to come away with a 49-22 win over the Coyotes on Saturday at the USM Football/Soccer Complex.

NORTH NEWTON – The Kansas Wesleyan Football team turned the tides of recent games, blasting the Bethel College Threshers on Saturday afternoon 55-28 at Goering Field at Thresher Stadium on the Bethel College campus.
