A pair of fantastic games highlighted the day for the KCAC as conference co-leaders Ottawa and Kansas Wesleyan squared off at Ottawa on Tuesday afternoon. The Coyotes would win the first game 3-2 in eight innings, while Ottawa used a big late-inning rally and then held off a comeback attempt by the Coyotes for a 9-8 win in the nightcap.

McPHERSON – The Kansas Wesleyan Softball team completed an undefeated week on the diamond, defeating the McPherson Bulldogs 9-1 in five innings and 5-1 on Saturday afternoon at Wall Park in McPherson.

The Kansas Wesleyan Softball team played Sterling College on Wednesday afternoon at Bill Burke Park in Salina and swept the Warriors in a pair of run-rule shortened games 12-2 and 10-2 to remain tied atop the KCAC standings at 5-1.

The Kansas Wesleyan Coyotes faced two opponents on Monday afternoon. The first was the Central Christian Tigers; the second was the fierce winds from the west that made play mightily fun for both teams. The Coyotes would prevail, sweeping the Tigers 16-9 and 13-3 at Bill Burke Park.

LINDSBORG – It's early in the KCAC season but every win is extremely important in a very talent-laden league. The Kansas Wesleyan Coyotes took a big step in the right direction on Saturday, splitting with the Bethany Swedes in Lindsborg to create a four-way tie atop the conference standings.

YORK, Neb. – Kansas Wesleyan scored four runs in the top of the seventh to break a 2-2 tie and come away with a 6-2 win over the York College Panthers on Wednesday afternoon at Miller Park. The game was a makeup from last weekend. The second game of the doubleheader was canceled due to weather conditions.
