Brent Mooney - Head Coach - 5th Season
Brent Mooney has been the head tennis coach at Kansas Wesleyan since the 2007-08 season.
Mooney succeeded Donnie Jackson who departed for Independence Community College along with Tommy DeSalme.
"I am very excited to get the chance to be a head coach at the collegiate level," Mooney said.
Mooney is no stranger to KWU, as he played for the Coyotes for two seasons before heading to Bethany (Kan.), playing for one year and then being assistant coach the previous two.
He is also the head tennis pro at the Salina Country Club.
Before coming to KWU to play tennis, Mooney played at Independence (Kan.) Community College.
"We will do everything it takes to turn this tennis program around," he said. "Salina is the perfect community to do that in. It's one of the best tennis communities I have ever seen."
