Officials from Kansas Wesleyan, Oklahoma Baptist and Huston-Tillotson have met and start times have been set for the two NAIA National Championship Opening Round contests in Salina on Saturday.


Kansas Wesleyan Men's Soccer will host Huston-Tillotson (Texas) on Saturday afternoon at Noon at Salina Stadium.


The KWU Volleyball team will host Oklahoma Baptist at 6 p.m., Saturday night from Mabee Arena on the Kansas Wesleyan campus.

Both the soccer and volleyball matches will be streamed online with live video and audio. The live stream cast can be found at both matches. Live Stats will also be available for both matches through the DakStats Websync service at clicking on the webcast link on the upper right.


The No. 12 ranked Kansas Wesleyan Men's Soccer team won the KCAC Regular Season Title and KCAC Tournament Title to advance to the NAIA National Championship Opening Round for a third straight year.


Huston-Tillotson made its first appearance in the NAIA Top 25 Poll at the No. 25 position since the 2000 season. The Rams won the Red River Athletic Conference Tournament Championship to receive the automatic bid to the National Championship Opening Round.  


Oklahoma Baptist was ranked No. 20 in the final Volleyball Top 25 Coaches' Poll, and reached the NAIA National Championship Opening Round by winning the Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament Championship.


Kansas Wesleyan captured its first KCAC Regular Season Championship since the 2007 season, and accomplished the same in winning the KCAC Tournament Title in a thrilling 5-set match against Tabor College last Saturday.


The winners of both matches on Saturday will advance to their respective NAIA National Championship Final Sites. The winner of the volleyball match will advance to the NAIA Volleyball National Championships, presented by CNOS Foundation starting on November 29 at the Tyson Events Center / Gateway Arena in Sioux City, Iowa. The winner of the men's soccer match will advance to the NAIA Men's Soccer National Championships in Orange Beach, Ala., starting November 28.
