Kansas Wesleyan was picked to finish fourth in 2010 in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) Preseason Men's Cross Country Poll, as voted on by the coaches of the KCAC.

Perennial favorite Southwestern was picked to win the title again in 2010, tallying 63 points and seven first place votes in the poll, followed by Friends with 56 points and one first place vote. McPherson was picked third with 47 points, followed by KWU with 45 points and one first place vote. Ottawa, Sterling, Bethany, Tabor and Bethel rounded out the poll. Saint Mary does not field a cross country team.
 
KWU kicks off the 2010 cross country season on September 4 at the Baker Maple Leaf Invitational in Baldwin City.
